Position Summary
To complete our Phone Services and Call Center Department, we are currently looking for a Call Center Agent.
In this role, you will manage the Group’s central telephone center as well as the internal call center of all our sites, based in Vevey, by delivering a first-class service.
A Day in the Life of a Call Center Agent
Handle internal and external calls within a short timeframe
Ensure adequate transfer of internal and external calls while respecting our internal processes
Ambassador of the group's image when interacting with customers
Provide efficient answers in case of critical situations
Analyze requests, monitor incidents and ongoing requests
Perform various administrative tasks
What will make you successful
CFC or equivalent
Previous experience in a reception or front desk
Good command of the MS Office tools
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role is a plus
Fluent in English & French and good level of spoken German, Swiss-German is a plus
