Description

Robert Half is seeking a Chargebacks Analyst for a growing organization in the manufacturing & distribution industry. This role will be available on a long-term contract basis with potential for full-time hire and will be on a hybrid model with 3 days in office required.

Responsibilities:

-Analyze and manage chargebacks

-Utilize software tools such as Excel and SAP for efficient operations

-Collaborate with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed promptly and accurately

-Work within vendor portals such as Amazon Vendor Central

-Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times

-Continuously develop and update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and procedures specifically handling chargebacks and deductions

• Experience with SAP software is a plus

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Commitment to continuous learning and willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is desirable.
