Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies to customers.

  • Assist customers in resolving issues, concerns, and inquiries in a courteous and empathetic manner.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns.

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges following established guidelines and procedures.

  • Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to appropriate teams for resolution.

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and issue resolution.

  • Stay updated on company updates, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Adhere to established performance metrics, quality standards, and response time goals.

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

  • Provide feedback to supervisors regarding recurring customer issues and potential solutions.

  • Assist with training new customer service representatives when required.

    Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with customers.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing customer inquiries and company policies.

  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues.

  • Availability to work shifts according to the company's schedule, including evenings and weekends.
