This role is fully remote. To be considered, you must have prior experience in sourcing.

Robert Half is looking for a skilled Sourcing Specialist to temporarily support a respected organization's talent acquisition efforts by identifying and engaging with qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sourcing techniques, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with rewarding career opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop sourcing strategies.

• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online sourcing, networking, and passive candidate outreach, to identify potential candidates.

• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Track and report on sourcing metrics and effectiveness to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.

  Requirements

• Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related role.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and talent databases.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent sourcing and recruitment practices.
