Our client is seeking a 1st shift Bilingual Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations supporting Management Operations. The ideal candidate will be Bilingual in English and Spanish, Manufacturing Supervision,and outstanding communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Production Supervisor

Location: Murfreesboro

Pay Range: Depending on Experience

What’s the Job?

• Evaluate and supervise team members on attendance, performance, attitude and product production

• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish

• Document corrective actions as needed

• Maintain and direct quality standards and safety

• Observe day to day production operations

What’s Needed?

• Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience

• Fluent in English and Spanish

• Ability to work 1st shift with with overtime

• Previous Production Supervisor/Team Lead experience
