SALESPERSON / CLIENT ACQUISITIONS

This position is for Client Acquisitions inside our Houston office

and is ideal for the seasoned sales professional

. You will be selling our recruitment and payroll services to

business

clients. You will interact with potential clients over the phone, by email, by text, and in person.

Ongoing in-person networking and digital marketing techniques will allow the ideal client to excel beyond measure.

You will learn our methods of client acquisition and bring your experience to the table.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a professionally mature personality to join our team.

Salary base, sales commission, and bonus opportunities are available

Bi-lingual speaking English/Spanish is a plus!

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of sales experience required-more is preferred

``` - Must be comfortable in an outbound call environment and searching for leads on the Internet

``` - Must be comfortable performing in-person sales by visiting local companies - Comfortable and natural, effectively communicating in a networking environment amongst other like-minded professionals - Great oral and written communication skills, including writing professional business emails. - Strong to exceptional organizing and time management skills. In order to be successful in this role the ideal candidate must master these traits - Plus: experience using social media to promote our services, and professional sites such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram - Plus: Proven experience in Client Acquisition and Business Development. - Plus: Fluent in the Spanish language

Monday - Friday

Shift:

8 am-5 pm

Responsibilities

  • Acquiring New clients who have Recruitment Requirements.
  • Lead Generation for Recruitment.
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching the industry.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
  • Discovers and explores business opportunities regarding recruitment.
  • Screens potential customers by analyzing industry conditions, the scope of staffing requirements, and the companys financials and conditions.
  • Examines risks and potentials for business opportunities.
  • Estimates Customer Needs and Goals.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business opera tions
