WHAT YOU’LL DO
Function as the main contact person for Master data related topics.
Responsible for Material, Customer and Price Master File creation & maintenance.
Ensuring that all orders are processed on a daily frequency.
Interact with warehouse to ensure the best possible planning for all processed orders.
Interact with affiliate customers on all thing’s order/shipment related, including QBR’s, shipment confirmation & follow up, complaint handling.
Assure adherence to all quality and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO14001)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree/certificate (HBO) or MBO with experience similar role
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAP and/or ERPs
Good collaboration and communication skills
Knowing the business in medical industry
Getting a kick out of being very precise and out of performing in a hectic situation
Excellent communication skills. Capable of managing situations where different parties require tailormade solutions
Good knowledge of the English language in speaking, reading, and writing
Problem solving skills
