Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.

The KA service sales for Cytiva is responsible for selling and promoting all products of CYTIVA EQ in the designated area, such as maintenance contracts, spare parts, consumables, and related product upgrades . This position is part of the BIS located in Guangzhou. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • · Fully understand and collect local market information, and be responsible for providing feedback on market information and adopting response plans;

  • Coordinate various departments and customer relationships within the company to improve customer satisfaction;

  • Complete the annual sales, payment tasks, and related KPIs set by the company;

  • Maintain good relationships with customers in the region and handle customer complaints;

  • Attend departmental meetings on time, complete work plans and training on time;

  • Comply with relevant regulations of Environmental Health and Safety Policy (EHS) and Quality System (QMS);

    The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with a background in life sciences;

  • More than two years of direct sales work experience;

  • Highly honest and dedicated, strong market development and communication skills, and excellent negotiation skills;

  • Able to read professional materials and write in English, proficient in operating computers;

  • It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • · Related work experience in after-sales business or operation

  • · Key account management
