Robert Half HR Generalist in Deer Valley, Arizona

Description

We are a growing company in Deer Valley, AZ, seeking an immediately available Contract-to-Hire HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce and a strong background in HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and functions

  • Manage employee records and HRIS data using Salesforce

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews

  • Conduct initial screenings and assist with candidate selection process

  • Onboard new employees and conduct orientation sessions

  • Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures

  • Assist with benefits administration and enrollment process

  • Coordinate employee training and development programs

  • Assist with performance management processes, including reviews and feedback

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2+ years of HR generalist experience

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar HRIS software

  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

    This is an immediately hiring contract-to-hire position located in Deer Valley, AZ. The HR Generalist will be a key member of our HR team, supporting various HR functions and initiatives. The role is fully in-office.
