The Human Resource Generalist will assist with hiring, on-boarding, employee relations and?administrative tasks that include, but are not limited to, the following Hiring - Post positions on VIEWS - Applicant review - Schedule interviews with Clinical Director - New hire documents - Send new hire report to Department of Labor - Maintain new hire training schedule Employees - Preliminary Payroll Items (not actually processing) - Disciplinary processes - Complaints / concerns - Handle communication regarding time off / holidays - Tracking of late / tardy - Tracking of full-time / part-time status - Initial approval of time off requests - Workmans Comp claims Administrative - Maintain employees profiles in online system - Maintain employee files - Tracking of employee certifications - Tracking of employee anniversaries / milestones - Tracking of employee of the quarter and raffle - Maintain Handbook and policies - Assist with team meetings / staff events
